Woman Accused Of Taking $18K In Jewelry From Piermont Store

PIERMONT, N. Y. -- A 19-year-old Queens woman was arrested Thursday and later charged with grand larceny after police say she took jewelry worth about $18,000 from a Piermont jewelry store, according to a report from News 12.

Ashley Deleon of Queens was released on $800 bail for the grand larceny charge, and police are still looking for a second person, reports News 12.

The jewelry was taken from AB Artisans in Piermont, according to New 12.
