Two Men Charged After Fight Outside Pearl River Bar, Police Say

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Orangetown police were kept busy on Sunday with everything from fights to disorderly conduct and open containers of alcohol, according to Orangetown Police.

Two men were arrested by Orangetown police for fighting in front of a bar on West Central Avenue in Pearl River.

Two men, from West Haverstraw and Suffern, were charged with disorderly conduct around 8:30 p.m. Sunday after getting into a fight outside of a Pearl River bar at 33 West Central Ave., police said.

The were each released on $100 bail and are scheduled to appear in court on April 5.

Officers also issued summonses to six people for open container charges in Pearl River and Nyack; one person for an overnight parking violation; five for parking on the highway; seven for parking in a restricted area; one for an unregistered vehicle, and one for driving a vehicle without a license plate.
