Donald McBride, 49, has been charged with assault after police say he was involved in an argument with a woman that became physical, with McBride allegedly "striking the female about the head, causing an injury," Orangetown Police stated.

After being processed at Orangetown Police Headquarters, McBride was released and is due back in Orangetown Justice Court on Feb. 7.
