The rapper and her crew brought a deposit check worth more than $20,000 to a house they were hoping to rent over the weekend, the article says.
At the last minute, they decided they didn't like the house and wanted their money back, according to TMZ.
But the money wasn't forthcoming, so the crew left, but later a group of people with ski masks and weapons returned to the home and reportedly broke in to retrieve the check and slash the victim's tires on their way out, the article says.
