The first of the arrests announced by police on Tuesday was that of Therese P. Dolan of Pearl River, who was taken into custody about 5:15 p.m. on Friday, June 10.
Dolan, who was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, was arrested on South Middletown Road after apparently striking a guard rail on Veterans Memorial Drive, according to police.
The 56-year-old, who is accused of failing a sobriety test, was taken to police headquarters, where she refused to submit to a Breathalyzer, according to police. She is to answer to the charge in Orangetown Court on June 22.
Thomas Breen of Pearl River was arrested about 12:15 a.m. on Saturday, June 11, after he rear-ended another car while driving a 2008 Pontiac on Forest Avenue in Pearl River, according to police.
Breen, who was said to have shown "signs of intoxication," was taken to police headquarters and refused to take a Breathalyzer test, according to authorities.
The 59-year-old was accused of misdemeanor DWI, a charge to which he is set to answer on July 13 in Orangetown Court, according to police.
Later Saturday morning -- about 1:50 a.m. -- officers arrested Jessica J. Jedlicka of Congers according to police.
Jedlicka was pulled over on Main Street in Nyack after violating traffic laws, according to police.
While speaking with the 35-year-old, officers came to suspect that she had been driving drunk, according to police.
She submitted to a field sobriety test, which she's accused of failing, and was taken to police headquarters, where she failed a Breathalyzer, according to police.
Jedlicka, who also is accused of driving with a suspended driver's license, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DWI and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, according to police, who reported that she also faces an unlawful possession of marijuana violation.
According to police, Jedlicka is to answer to the charge in Nyack Village Court on July 12.
