ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- A Spring Valley man was arrested by Orangetown police for refusing to pay a cab driver after taking a taxi from New York City to Tappan on July 9.
Orangetown police arrested a Spring Valley man after he refused to pay a cab driver for a ride from New York City.
Photo Credit: FacebookAccording to police, Kevensky Lubin, 19, refused to pay the driver after arriving in Tappan. The driver notified police, and Lubin was arrested for theft of services. He was released on bail and is set to appear in court on July 27.
