Orangetown Police Arrest Local Man For Refusing To Pay Cabbie

ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- A Spring Valley man was arrested by Orangetown police for refusing to pay a cab driver after taking a taxi from New York City to Tappan on July 9.

According to police, Kevensky Lubin, 19, refused to pay the driver after arriving in Tappan. The driver notified police, and Lubin was arrested for theft of services. He was released on bail and is set to appear in court on July 27.
