The arrest came at around 7:15 p.m. on Friday, after officers received a description and license plate of the vehicle and were able to locate it driving on Horne Tooke Road in Palisades.
The suspect, Amanda Martini, was then transported to Orangetown Police Headquarters where she was processed and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a felony.
