Justin Abraham, 27, of Williamstown, was arrested around 4:37 p.m. Saturday on Route 303, police said.

When he was stopped, Abraham had watery, bloodshot eyes and smelled of alcohol, police said.

Abraham failed field sobriety tests and consented to a breath test once back at police headquarters but “failed to provide a sufficient measurable sample after numerous attempts,” police said.

He posted bail of $200 and is due in Orangetown Justice Court in August.
