Ellyahu Leitner, 27, was arrested around 2:56 a.m. after police accused him of ignoring no-trespassing signs on private property behind a restaurant/banquet hall on the Hudson.
The arresting officer said that Leitner’s eyes were “glassy and bloodshot,” that his speech was "slurred" and that he had an odor of alcohol on his breath.
There were also open containers of alcohol strewn about his car, police said.
After Leitner failed field sobriety tests, he was taken to police headquarters where he also failed a Breathalyzer test, police said.
Police said Leitner also had marijuana on him.

He was released and is due in Nyack Justice Court on Thursday, March 9.
