Man Wanted On Grand Larceny Charge In Orangetown Surrenders

ORANGETOWN, N.Y. – A Westchester man was arrested in Orangeburg last week on charges of third-degree grand larceny, police said.

Evens Frank, 41, of Mount Vernon, had been wanted on a bench warrant, Orangetown police said.

He turned himself in on July 18, police said.

He posted $100 bail and is due to appear in Orangetown Justice Court next month.
