Blauvelt Man Charged With Criminal Mischief

ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- A Blauvelt man is facing criminal mischief charges after police said he damaged furniture and other household items during a domestic quarrel.

Orangetown police arrested a Blauvelt man and charged him with criminal mischief in connection with a domestic incident.

Matthew Clift, 24, was arrested by Orangetown police last week at the home where the alleged incident occurred.

Police said Clift damaged more items worth more than $250 on Monday, July 18.

He was released without bail, police said.
