PEARL RIVER, N.Y. -- Gloria Rita Carpentieri, 81, of Pearl River, died Oct. 13.
She was born July 5, 1935, in New York City, to Carmine Rossi and Concetta Rose.
She was predeceased by her husband, Angelo; and daughter, Susan Rita.
She is survived by her children, Carla Carpentieri-Heiser, Angela and Keith Pickford and John and Carmela Carpentieri; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visiting is from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Assumma-Shankey Funeral Home, 34 N. Summit St., Pearl River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony's Shrine, 36 W. Nyack Road, Nanuet.
