TAPPAN, N.Y. -- Brian P. Tracey, 27, of Tappan, died Sept. 14.
He was born Dec. 22, 1988, in New York, to Matthew and JoAnn Tracey.
He is survived by his parents; siblings, Matthew and Christine; and countless family members and friends who loved him dearly.
