VALLEY COTTAGE, N.Y. -- As children watched, corn and carrot plants were pulled out of a garden at the Mountainview Condominium Complex in Valley Cottage this week to end a dispute between the condo board and a resident regarding a garden project, according to News 12 Hudson Valley.
Workers removed a children's garden at a Valley Cottage condominium complex after condo officials said it was planted without prior approval, News 12 Hudson Valley reported.

News 12 Hudson Valley said neither condo board officials nor their attorney have returned calls for comment.
