ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- Work on the Tappan Zee Bridge’s toll-collection system will force the closure of the southbound Exit 10 on-ramp to the state Thruway in Orangetown overnight from Wednesday, Jan. 13 through Thursday, Jan. 14, Thruway officials said.
