Tappan Road Will Be Closed Most Of Day
TAPPAN, N.Y. -- Oak Tree Road in Tappan will be closed to all traffic between Route 303 and Main Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, the Orangetown Police Department advises.
