State Attorney General Suing Nyack Head Shop

NYACK, N.Y. – A head shop on South Broadway in Nyack is the center of a lawsuit filed by state Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman, lohud.com says.

According to LoHud, investigators began investigating Liquid Glass Shop, 66 S. Broadway, after a Suffern resident reported her son collapsed after inhaling a substance purchased at the store.

Officials are accusing the business of selling synthetic hallucinogenic substances that can have deadly effects, lohud.com reports.

Representatives for Liquid Glass Shop could not immediately be reached for comment. lohud said..
