PEARL RIVER, N.Y. -- Residents and commuters should be ready for detours Monday as the Orangetown Highway Department begins resurfacing several streets in Pearl River.

Weather permitting, streets slated for work include Gatto Lane, Duryea Place and Bradl Lane.

Residents should refrain from parking any vehicles on the road until this process is complete and are asked to obey traffic signs around work areas.
