The allegations date to the early 1980s, when O'Keefe was the head of Cardinal Hayes High School in the Bronx.

One man at the protest said he was one of a number of students abused by O'Keefe while at Cardinal Hayes, reported News 12 Westchester.

O'Keefe will not face charges, as the statute of limitations has run out, according to News 12 Westchester.
