Orangeburg Fire Department Parade To Cause Road Closures

ORANGEBURG, N.Y. -- Traffic in Orangeburg could get complicated Saturday evening when Orangetown Police close several roads for the annual Orangeburg Fire Department Parade.

Closures for the parade, which is set to begin at 6 p.m. Saturday, will affect Dutch Hill Road, Lester Drive and Western Highway. Police said there will be traffic delays.

Officials urged anyone planning to attend the parade to arrive well before the 6 p.m. kickoff. Those not planning to attend may wish to use alternate routes during the event.
