These are the qualifications required:

  • Ability to provide friendly assistance to patrons in the Computer Resource Center
  • Profciency in Microsoft software, the Internet, email and navigating the Nyack Library website
  • Ability to answer and forward incoming phone calls
  • Possessing basic knowledge of computers and copier to be able to " simple problems

Preferred qualifications include Spanish language fluency and experience in technology training.
