Haverstraw Man Wanted After Allegedly Stealing Items In Pearl River

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. - State Police are looking for the public’s assistance as they search for a wanted man that allegedly stole more than $1,000 in merchandise from stores in Rockland.

An alert has been issued for 34-year-old Jonathan Carrow, who is wanted by state police for failing to answer charges in Haverstraw on a charge of criminal possession of a weapon following a traffic stop in Pearl River.

According to police, Carrow was arrested following that traffic stop, when he and another person were found to allegedly be in possession of stolen items from a local CVS and A&P valued at more than $1,000. Carrow then failed to return to court to answer the charges and a warrant was issued for his arrest from the Orangetown Town Court.

Police noted that Carrow is also wanted by the Chester Village Police Department and New York City Police Department for undisclosed charges.

Carrow is described by police as being 6-foot-1 and approximately 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
