The sentence was part of a plea deal for Kurt Ludwigsen, 45, who will also not be added to the state's sex offender list. Todd Krouner, lawyer for the female players, said Ludwigsen now lives in California where officials there will have to supervise him, lohud.com reports.

The players have also filed a civil suit against him and Nyack College, an evangelical Christian college.

Ludwigsen pleaded guilty in January to seven counts of misdemeanor forcibly touching women on the team, lohud.com says.
