Expect Lane Closures For Tappan Zee Bridge Maintenance Work

The New York Thruway Authority said new overnight lane closures on the Tappan Zee Bridge will take place Tuesday through early Saturday, March 26, for bridge maintenance work.

Lane closures will affect commuters through early Saturday morning for maintenance work on the Tappan Zee Bridge.

The southbound lane closures include the following:

Tuesday, March 22: 10 pm. -- one right lane until 5 a.m.
Wednesday, March 23: 8 p.m. -- two left lanes from exit 12 to exit 11 until 10 p.m.; then one right lane.
Thursday, March 24: 10 p.m. – one right lane until 5 a.m.
Friday, March 25: 10 p.m. – one right lane until 5 a.m.

All lane closures are subject to change due to traffic, weather or emergency situations.
