Cuomo Picks South Nyack's Favored Tappan Zee Bridge Path

SOUTH NYACK, N.Y. -- The debate is finally over with the selection by Gov. Andrew Cuomo of Alternative F as the chosen path for the new Tappan Zee Bridge's biking and walking path, according to Lohud.com.

Alternative F, the choice of South Nyack residents and leaders, includes a connection to the Esposito Trail, closes the on-ramp to the northbound Thruway at South Broadway and moves the access to Route 9W, said Lohud.com.

The $14.5 million plan also includes a 54-space parking lot and rest station between Route 9W and the Thruway, added Lohud.com.
