Arab Culture Will Be Celebrated At Pearl River Concert

PEARL RIVER, N.Y. -- The Rockland Music Conservatory in Pearl River will present a concert celebrating the diversity of Arab culture this Saturday, Dec. 12.

The “Overtures” concert starts at 7 p.m. at the conservatory, located at 455 Main St.

Featured in the program will be the group Zikrayat, an Arab music and dance ensemble, and original compositions by its founder, Sami Abu Shumays.

Tickets are $20; ages 18 and under are free.
