Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade To Return 'Live' This Year
The Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade is returning to the streets of New York City for its 95th celebration after being curtailed last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Macy's made the announcement on Wednesday, Sept. 8, saying the parade will be delight crowds once again on Thursday, Nov. 25 beginning at 9 a.m.
This year's parade will feature the signature mix of giant character helium balloons, fantastic floats, marching bands, performance groups, celebrities, clowns, and the one-and-only Santa Claus, Macy's said.

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- At the risk of sounding like your spouse, consider this your reminder to make your Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HRVS) reservations.
The two-week long event, a celebration of the bounty of the Hudson Valley, starts Monday, Oct. 30 and goes until Sunday, Nov. 12 and spots fill up fast.
More than 200 restaurants throughout Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan participate, allowing chefs to flaunt their best fare. Special three-course menus are $22.95 for lunch and $32.95 for dinner and often focus on seasonal ingredients.

PATTERSON, N.Y. – A fest set in Putnam County's Patterson this weekend will give wine and chocolate lovers the chance to sip, sample, and shop -- and help others at the same time.
