Fatal Hit-Run Crash: Suspect Nabbed On Long Island A Long Island man has been arrested following a months-long investigation into a fatal hit-and-run. Southampton Town Police said Benjamin J. SheenWaltzer, age 32, turned himself in on Friday, Nov. 15, after being linked to a crash on Springville Road in Hampton Bays. The crash on Wednesday, March 6 killed Angel Astimbay, age 67, a resident of Hampton Bays.
