2 Firefighters Injured While Battling Blaze In Hudson Valley, Residents Evacuated Two firefighters suffered minor injuries while battling a large fire that tore through a residence in Orange County late Friday night, Jan. 31, fire officials said.  The blaze began in Newburgh just before 11:20 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 31, when crews were dispatched to a blaze in the area of the Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital employee parking lot.
