A New York driver aided by good Samaritans in a crash along the Palisades Interstate Parkway last week has died, authorities announced. Michael E. Donoghue, of Nanuet, NY, was rushed to Hackensack University Medical Center with serious injuries sustained in the crash near milepost 0.9 in Englewood Cliffs Thursday, Jan. 16, according to Jeff Angermeyer, Deputy Chief of Detectives of the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office. A Hudson Valley man was seriously injured after being ejected from a vehicle and trapped underneath the car during a crash. The incident occurred in Rockland County around 4:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 28, near the Palisades Parkway Exit 9W/Thruway.
