Undercover Fentanyl Bust: Hudson Valley Dealers Arrested After Residents Complain, Cops Say Two Hudson Valley alleged drug dealers were nabbed after a drug task force received complaints from residents of drugs being sold on the streets. The Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force received reports of narcotic and drug dealing in the area of 60 Carroll Street, a large apartment building on the south side of Poughkeepsie, according to Det. Sgt. Adam Harris of the task force. Agents identified Stephen Bai, age 39, a Poughkeepsie resident, as a dangerous drug dealer operating out of an apartment in that building. Agents were able to make several purchases …

The incident occurred in Dutchess County in Pleasant Valley around 9:30 p.m. on Friday, July 26.
