Orange County Man Nabbed On I-87 For Possession Of Felony-Weight Narcotics: Police A traffic stop on I-87 in Albany led to the arrest of a Walden man for possession of felony-weight narcotics, the New York State Police reported. According to Trooper Stephanie O'Neil, the incident occurred on Monday, Jan. 13, around 10:2o a.m., when troopers stopped a vehicle for multiple violations.  The driver, identified as Orange County resident Ibo E. Man Nabbed With Loaded Rifle, Drugs After Sending Threats In Hudson Valley: Police A 56-year-old Hudson Valley man was caught with controlled narcotics and an illegally possessed weapon following an investigation into threatening messages, police said. Putnam County resident Kevin Willis of Southeast was arrested on Friday, Oct. 18 around 3:45 p.m. after he was found with narcotics and a firearm he was prohibited from having, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office announced on Wednesday, Oct. 23.  According to the Sheriff's Office, Willis's arrest followed a short investigation into threatening messages he had allegedly sent someone.
