Hit-Run Driver Who Left Hudson Valley Bicyclist Critical Arrested, Nysp Says A 51-year-old Hudson Valley man was nabbed for an alleged hit-and-run crash that left the victim in critical condition. New York State Police charged Keith P. McNamara, age 51, of Kingston, on Wednesday, Dec. 18, in the August crash with assault, tampering with physical evidence, and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in serious injury. Fatal Crash: 42-Year-Old Woman ID'd As Victim In Hudson Valley A 42-year-old woman was killed in a late-night crash in the region. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at 11 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 15, near the Speedway gas station on Route 9 in Hyde Park. Authorities identified Monica R. Deyo, from Hyde Park, lying in the roadway with severe, life-threatening injuries. "Despite extensive efforts to administer life-saving measures, she was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene," Benson said.
