2 Kids Ejected From Truck After Capital Region Drunk Driver Crashes Into Pole: Police A 40-year-old Wilton man is believed to have been drunk when he rolled his truck during a single-vehicle crash that ejected two young boys from the truck's bed and into the hospital, authorities said.  Matthew J. Murry Jr. said he crashed his vehicle on Pettis Road in Wilton just after 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 6, the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office said. Death Of 2-Year-Old Boy At Capital Region Home Under Investigation Police are investigating the death of a toddler at a home in the region. In Albany County, Watervliet Police and medics were called to the Michael J. Day housing complex on Broadway for an unconscious 2-year-old at around 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 8. The child was taken to a hospital where doctors pronounced him dead. An official cause of death had not been released as of Tuesday, July 9, and no arrests had been made. Hudson Valley Man Killed In Crash Between Truck, Car A Hudson Valley man was killed in a two-vehicle crash. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 8 a.m., Thursday, June 13, on Route 52 at the intersection of Leetown Road in the town of East Fishkill. Man, 55, Found Shot Dead In Hudson Valley Parking Lot Police are searching for a suspect after a 55-year-old man was found shot dead in a parking lot in the region. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 10:20 p.m., Saturday, June 1, in the area of 472 Main St., in Poughkeepsie. According to Det. Lt. Matt Clark of the City of Poughkeepsie Police, responding officers found the man at the top of the parking area. He was transported to MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie, where he later died, Clark said. Police have not identified the victim.
