Man's Body Found After Rapidly-Spreading Blaze At Hudson Valley Home A raging house fire in Orange County left one man dead after flames rapidly engulfed his home, authorities said. The fire broke out on Friday, Feb. 28, at around 8:06 p.m. at a three-story home located at 649 Wheeler Rd. in the village of Florida, according to the Town of Warwick Police Department.  When first responders arrived, they found heavy fire consuming the rear of the home, with flames spreading quickly from the ground floor through the roof.
