Hudson Valley Man Admits Being Major Drug Trafficker, DA Says A Hudson Valley man has pleaded guilty to operating as a major drug trafficker and faces years in prison. Orange County resident Antonio Bucci, age 29, of Chester, entered the plea on Tuesday, Sept. 10, according to Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler.
