Man Found Dead In Car On Shoulder Of Long Island Expressway In Hauppauge An investigation is underway after a man was found dead in broad daylight on the Long Island Expressway. Suffolk County Police Highway Patrol officers responded to a parked vehicle in Hauppauge on the eastbound shoulder near Route 111 on Wednesday, Oct. 16, at about 1:15 p.m.  Officers discovered a body in the front seat of a 2019 Jeep.  Following an investigation by Fourth Squad detectives, the body was identified as Luis Gonzalez, age 62. Man Accused Of Killing Guest At His East Quogue Home A house guest has been apprehended shortly after an overnight murder at a Long Island residence. Southampton Town Police responded to Oakville Avenue in East Quogue after a man called 911 to report a person was found dead in the rear yard of the residence at around 9:50 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28. The victim, Christopher Hahn, age 43, of Hampton Bays, was pronounced dead at the scene. Ronald Schroeder, age 41, of Huntington Station, was indicted for concealment of a human corpse and related charges in Suffolk County Court on Wednesday, Sept. 18, in the death of Seikeya Jones.
