Police are seeking tips after a delivery driver was carjacked and assaulted on Long Island. The incident happened in Medford, in front of a home on Race Avenue near Watch Hill Avenue, at around 9:15 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8. Suffolk County Police said the victim was sitting in his car when two men approached and pulled him out of the vehicle. They struck him with a baseball bat and stole his SUV. A 65-year-old man died days after a violent carjacking on Long Island. The incident happened on Brook Avenue in Deer Park at around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11.
