'Ray Of Sunshine' Mourned As County Opens Traffic Study At Troubled West Babylon Intersection Major changes could be on the horizon for a notoriously troubled intersection on Long Island following a car crash that killed three people, including two teenagers. Suffolk County has initiated a traffic study for the West Babylon intersection of Great East Neck Road and Railroad Avenue, a spokesperson for County Executive Ed Romaine told Daily Voice.
