Prospector Popcorn recalled 140 bags of its Belgian Chocolate Toffee-flavored popcorn because they contain undeclared soy, specifically soy lecithin, according to the US Food and Drug Administration. The Ridgefield, Connecticut-based company initiated the voluntary recall on Tuesday, April 28. The FDA classified it as a Class II recall on Thursday, May 14.
