Schenectady County resident Danning Lake, of Scotia, was sentenced to one year of probation in Albany federal court on Thursday, March 20. It came after Lake admitted that he grabbed the breast of a nursing student while under care at Albany’s Stratton VA Medical Center in February 2024, according to the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District. Hudson Valley Man Sentenced For Child Porn, Attempting To Entice Minor A man from the region who admitted he traveled to meet an 11-year-old to have sex and possession of child pornography has been sentenced to prison. Dutchess County resident Aaron W. Scott, age 28, of Poughkeepsie, was sentenced to 15 years in prison, according to the US Attorney for the Northern District of New York.
