Person Narrowly Escapes Late-Night Apartment Blaze In Region A late-night fire at an apartment complex in the region saw one individual's narrow escape and left three firefighters needing medical attention as local fire crews battled intense flames. The blaze occurred in Orange County around 10:45 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 19, at 39 Kenny Court in Newburgh. Wildfire In Region Prompts Voluntary Evacuations, Shelters Open For Residents, Pets A wildfire spreading in the region has prompted voluntary evacuations as state and local agencies in New York work to control the blaze in the Hudson Valley.
