Fatal Crash: 26-Year-Old Racing Enthusiast ID'd As Victim In Capital Region Dump Truck Wreck Authorities identified the victim in a deadly Capital Region crash as a 26-year-old husband and racing enthusiast. Zachary Seyerlein, of Stockport, was killed when his vehicle collided with a dump truck in the Columbia County town of Ghent on State Route 9H on Tuesday afternoon, April 15, New York State Police confirmed. A preliminary investigation found that Seyerlein was driving northbound on SR-9H when his vehicle crossed over the center line into the southbound and collided with a dump truck, police said.
