Shoplifter Who Killed NY Walmart Employee With Car Pleads Guilty, DA Says A New York man admitted to drunkenly running over two Walmart employees and killing one of them in a confrontation last year, authorities said Wednesday, April 1. Timothy Besaw, 34, copped to one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of first-degree vehicular assault, the Saratoga County District Attorney’s office said. Besaw, a Gansevoort resident, plowed through Michael Bushey, 69, outside the Walmart in Wilton on Oct. 16, 2025, authorities said. Bushey died about three weeks later from his injuries. $316K Fentanyl-For-Food Stamps Scheme At Schenectady Deli Lands Employee Behind Bars A Schenectady deli worker who turned his family business into a hub of illegal exchanges will spend the next year behind bars. Omar Alaidrus, 24, was sentenced to 12 months in prison on Wednesday, Feb. 12, after pleading guilty to distributing fentanyl and committing food stamp fraud totaling $316,975, according to the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York. Orange County Man Nabbed On I-87 For Possession Of Felony-Weight Narcotics: Police A traffic stop on I-87 in Albany led to the arrest of a Walden man for possession of felony-weight narcotics, the New York State Police reported. According to Trooper Stephanie O'Neil, the incident occurred on Monday, Jan. 13, around 10:2o a.m., when troopers stopped a vehicle for multiple violations.  The driver, identified as Orange County resident Ibo E.
