Man Attacked, Killed By Dogs In Capital Region Police in the Capital District are investigating after a man was mauled and killed by a pack of dogs. The incident occurred in Albany around 5 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 9, in the 500 block of Central Avenue. According to Albany Police, officers responded to reports of a man being attacked by several dogs.
