Tragic Incident In Region: Man Electrocuted After Vehicle Entangles With Electrical Wires A 28-year-old man from the region was killed when his car became entangled in downed electrical wires. The incident occurred in Sullivan County on Friday, Nov. 22, at about 6:20 am, in the town of Callicoon. According to Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office Undersheriff Eric Chaboty, deputies at the scene found a gray 2015 Chrysler 300, which had approached a downed tree across the roadway and then attempted to turn around.  While making a U-turn, the vehicle became entangled in electrical wires connected to a nearby utility pole. Fatal Crash: 37-Year-Old Hudson Valley Man ID'd As Victim In 3-Vehicle Pileup Police have identified a 37-year-old Hudson Valley man who was killed in a crash in the region.   Orange County resident Sher Singh, of Middletown, died around dd12:05 p.m., Thursday, July 11, during a three-vehicle crash with a tractor-trailer in Sullivan County on Route 155 in the town of Cochecton.
