Oscar Heading North After Making Landfall In Cuba As Hurricane Oscar is now moving north after making landfall in eastern Cuba as a Category 1 hurricane. New Advisory Issued To NYers For Extreme Heat, Severe Storms, Unhealthy Air: Hochul New York Gov.
