Man Forces Way Through Door To Rape, Assault Victim In Capital Region, Police Say A man from the region is facing sexual assault charges after reportedly forcing his way through a door to reach his alleged victim. Saratoga County resident Anthony Collins, age 42, of Ballston Spa, was arrested Saturday, June 8, on rape and related charges. According to sheriff’s officials, deputies were called to a Milton home on Lilith Fair on Friday, June 7, for a sexual assault. A troubled restaurant in the region is back open days after state health inspectors shut it down over an insect problem.
