A man faces a driving under the influence charge after police say his Toyota RAV4 struck two New York State Police vehicles on Long Island. The crash occurred just after midnight on Saturday, Nov. 16 on the eastbound lanes of the Southern State Parkway near exits 39 and 40S in Babylon. An accused drunk driver is behind bars following a fiery, two-vehicle crash that killed a man on Long Island. The wreck happened in Hicksville, near the intersection of Prospect Avenue and Cantiague Rock Road, at around 11:20 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21. Nassau County Police said a Subaru was making a left turn from eastbound Prospect Avenue onto northbound Cantiague Rock Road when it struck a westbound Honda.
