Know Him? Man Wanted For Scamming Victim Out Of Thousands On Long Island, Police Say Do you know him? Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a wanted man who allegedly scammed a Long Island resident out of thousands. The man posted a house for rent on social media that was not available and  received $3,900 from the victim in Coram on Saturday, June 1 at approximately 9 a.m., according to police.
